Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description:
– Respond to emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries.
– Handle messages internally and externally.
– Assist with basic quotes and simple cost calculations.
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and bills.
– Maintain physical and electronic records.
– Ensure smooth transactions, create Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Orders.
– Oversee inventory deliveries and follow up on outstanding items.
Requirements:
– 2-3 years in sales support.
– Experience in trading or manufacturing, preferably in a Japanese company.
– Diploma or degree required.
– Immediate starter preferred.
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
