The Sales Support Manager will collaborate with sales and operations to drive business growth, manage day-to-day sales inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Implement efficient sales support procedures.
- Monitor on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely updates and report generation.
- Manage customer issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Business.
- Minimum 5 years in sales within logistics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
