Deskripsi Kerja
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the daily sales team, ensuring each member achieves their daily and monthly KPIs.
Conduct daily follow-ups with existing customers and prospects through calls and messaging.
Implement marketing strategies via WhatsApp and SMS promotions, while analyzing campaign effectiveness.
Provide accurate information regarding treatments, costs, and benefits to customers, addressing any inquiries professionally.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in sales/customer service.
- Strong communication skills via phone and messaging.
- Organized and proactive in follow-ups.
- Attractive appearance and a positive attitude.
- Must be a Sales Warrior!
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
