Deskripsi Kerja

Company: KEM SECRETARIAL SERVICES SDN BHD

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange documents for client signing
  • Handle client phone calls and inquiries
  • Assist in preparing secretarial documents
  • Guide team members in document preparation
  • Update and maintain client records
  • Provide customer service and administrative support
  • Calculate payroll contributions and visit government offices for documentation

Job Requirements:

  • SPM/LCCI/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • 1 year experience in a related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
