Joel Wong Human Resource, representing clients across Management, Retail, Franchise and Food & Beverage, seeks a dynamic, results-oriented Secretary for a full-time, in-person role. Responsibilities include daily administrative tasks, handling client calls and feedback, arranging meetings and appointments, organizing and maintaining file records, preparing correspondence, and performing ad-hoc duties. Requirements: minimum 2 years’ experience; Chinese language proficiency preferred; computer literate; able to converse in English, Malay, and Mandarin. Salary: RM1,526.98–RM5,692.57 per month. Work location: in person.
