Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking an experienced Secretary to support our General Manager at SUPER ACE RESOURCES SDN BHD. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of secretarial experience and a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, English, or a related field.
Your responsibilities include arranging appointments, transcribing meeting minutes, drafting correspondence, managing calls, and monitoring administrative needs. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work under pressure are vital.
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary of RM4,00.00 – RM4,500.00. Benefits include maternity leave, meals, and professional development opportunities. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, fixed shift.
