Deskripsi Kerja
Join our Operations team at Shopee in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as a Seller Operations Specialist. In this role, you will review sellers’ penalty points appeal submissions and exemption requests, analyze process gaps, and propose solutions. You will monitor seller operational performance, provide actionable insights, and conduct screenings for regional initiatives.
We seek candidates with strong English communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a self-starter attitude. Additionally, you’ll need good analytical skills and the capacity to work dynamically under tight deadlines. A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
