Deskripsi Kerja
DOMINANT OPTO TECHNOLOGIES SDN.BHD is seeking a dedicated Semiconductor Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of production technicians. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the achievement of production shift output targets and weekly commitments.
Key responsibilities include supervising manpower, managing discipline issues, tracking output by machine, and ensuring adherence to procedures. Candidates must be willing to work rotating shifts and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of RM1,800.00 – RM3,00.00 per month.
Location: Melaka (commuting or relocation required).
Experience: 2 years in a supervisory role is required.
