Join Tenby Schools Penang as SENCO, starting January 2026 in Penang, Malaysia. This full-time, fixed-term position leads strategic development and day-to-day coordination of SEN policy and provision, ensuring tailored support for students with special educational needs or disabilities. You will assess needs, create individualized plans, train and advise staff, liaise with families and external specialists, monitor progress, and foster an inclusive STEAM-focused campus culture. The ideal candidate brings leadership, strong communication skills, and proven experience implementing effective interventions in an international school setting.
