Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a Service Administrative Associate to manage incoming phone calls, prepare service quotations, respond to customer inquiries about product service or warranty status, perform data entry, maintain proper filing and records, and assist with office administrative functions.

Requirements: At least SPM, basic computer knowledge; fresh graduates are welcome. STM/STPM and Mandarin proficiency are preferred.

This full-time position offers RM1,800.00 per month, plus benefits like free parking, health insurance, and maternity leave.
