Deskripsi Kerja
AmOne Auto Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers
- Scheduling service appointments
- Advising customers on necessary routine maintenance services
- Issuing Repair Orders and recommending appropriate solutions
- Providing itemized estimated costs and explaining them to customers
- Preparing accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts
- Liaising with the part controller
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,100.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
Benefits: Free parking
Schedule: Fixed shift, Weekend jobs
Supplemental Pay: Commission and Overtime pay
Keperluan
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- No Criminal Record
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Able to Work in a Team
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
