Deskripsi Kerja
EP Atelier Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will address customer concerns, perform vehicle walk-arounds, and prepare job estimates and quotations. You will also communicate with our technicians to ensure customer requests are fulfilled and keep customers updated on their vehicle repair status.
Your role includes advising customers on vehicle maintenance, accessories, and technical issues upon delivery.
