Join Mitsubishi Bandar Bukit Raja as a Service Advisor!
- Provide professional automobile advisory services to customers.
- Check-in customers and conduct vehicle receptions as per SOP.
- Record customer requirements/complaints and offer consultancy.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain customer approvals.
- Manage customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
- Monitor job progress, ensuring timely vehicle delivery.
- Explain repairs and services in detail to customers and handle payments.
- Self-monitor throughput and revenue on a daily basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
