Deskripsi Kerja
Join SMART AUTOCARE GARAGE BUKIT MERTAJAM SDN BHD as a Service Advisor. Your role will include:
- Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and alternatives to costly repairs.
- Providing detailed information about parts and services to customers.
- Answering customer inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Offering guidance on warranty protections and cost-saving options.
- Managing the dealership’s workflow and schedule.
- Communicating service changes and vehicle pick-up times to customers.
- Building positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Job Type: Full-time
