SMART AUTOCARE GARAGE KL SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will consult with mechanics on necessary repairs and alternatives, provide in-depth information to customers about our products and services, schedule appointments, and manage vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining positive customer relationships, advising customers on warranty protections, and communicating service updates. A strong ability to oversee workflow is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
Location: Bukit Mertajam (Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate).
