Deskripsi Kerja

Serai Group Sdn Bhd is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Service Crew. In this role, you will assist in outlet operations by taking orders and serving food and beverages to our valued patrons. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues.
• Escorting customers to their tables.
• Explaining menu items and daily specials.
• Serving food and beverages while maintaining service areas.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of RM2,00.00 – RM2,300.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and meals provided. A one-year experience in a service crew role is preferred.
