Deskripsi Kerja

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer performance and escalation matters.
- Produce and present Monthly Service Performance Reports.
- Engage in quarterly Service Improvement Plans (SIP).
- Ensure team adherence to Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
- Comply with all customer policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.
- 5+ years in an advanced management role; program management preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and trouble-shooting abilities.
Job Details:
Contract: 12 months | Salary: RM5,526.11 – RM14,118.70/month.
