Job Description:
- Oversee the service delivery team and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Lead and train staff, ensuring efficient processes and conflict resolution.
- Manage major incidents and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Identify customer needs and assess feedback to improve services.
- Work with leadership to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Job Requirements:
- Experience as a project manager or service delivery manager.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM tools and customer service.
- IT degree and ITIL qualifications preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
Salary: RM8,00.00 – RM15,00.00 per month
