We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Agent Level 1 to provide 24/7 support, including weekends. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide first-level technical support.
- Diagnose technical issues.
- Record support requests in the ticketing system.
- Contribute to knowledge base creation.
