Deskripsi Kerja
amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join our team. You will provide technical support for standard operating environments to MISC Group users, managing end-user devices, software, servers, printers, and network connectivity. Responsibilities include managing CISCO IPTEL, Microsoft Intune, and utilizing ManageEngine Endpoint Central, while adhering to MISC GICT SLA guidelines.
Job Type: Contract (12 months)
Pay: RM 4,00.00 – RM 5,500.00 per month
Benefits include health insurance, promotion opportunities, and professional development. Day shift, in-person work.
