Deskripsi Kerja
Join Accenture as a Service Desk Associate, providing 1st level support by verifying outages and diagnosing incidents. You will escalate major issues to relevant teams.
Responsibilities:
- Perform remote troubleshooting.
- Fulfill assigned change requests.
- Escalate unresolved issues.
- Update customers on status.
- Prepare daily reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field.
- 2-3 years of IT support experience.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
- Willing to work shifts and public holidays.
