Deskripsi Kerja

St Giles Wembley Hotel is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead our guest services department. Responsibilities include training new staff, managing guest inquiries, checking guests in and out, and addressing health and safety concerns. A diploma or advanced diploma is preferred, with at least one year of front desk experience. Proficiency in English is required.
