Boon Siew Honda Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Planning Executive to join our After Sales Division. This position involves supporting the development and execution of strategic after-sales initiatives, driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute service planning activities aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor dealer performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze market information and enhance dealer operations.
- Prepare reports and collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
