Deskripsi Kerja
We seek a Sharia-compliant Insurance Product Expert to develop and manage takaful products, ensure Shariah compliance, and lead product strategy.
Responsibilities include designing takaful solutions, coordinating with the Shariah board, conducting market analysis, training distribution teams, and ensuring regulatory conformity.
Requirements: degree in finance/insurance, 3+ years in takaful or Islamic finance, strong knowledge of Shariah principles, product development experience, analytical skills, and excellent communication.
