Deskripsi Kerja

Beans Business Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Shopee Chat Officer. If you’re passionate about customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact professionally with customers via phone and chat.
  • Reconnecting and reactivating customer accounts.
  • Address customer complaints effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM (BM C, BI C, MT C) or Diploma or above.
  • Local Malaysian, aged below 40.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Immediate start required.

Salary: RM2,200 – RM3,00 per month.
