Deskripsi Kerja

Join Beans Business Services Sdn Bhd as a Shopee Chat Support Officer! We are looking for motivated individuals to assist customers professionally through phone and chat.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via phone/chat.
  • Reconnect and reactivate customer accounts.
  • Address customer complaints effectively.

Requirements:

  • SPM holders (BM C, BI C, MT D) or diploma holders & above.
  • Local Malaysian under 40 years.
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to start immediately.

Salary & Benefits: RM2,200 – RM3,00 monthly, attendance allowance, health benefits, and more!

  • Good Communication Skills

  • Minimum Education of High School Diploma
