Join our team at ZONG XUN EMBROIDERY & MARKETING as a Customer Service Representative! You will answer customer inquiries about online shopping and products on platforms like Shopee and Lazada. Your responsibilities include identifying customer needs, resolving complaints, and recommending suitable products.

We offer a competitive salary of RM2,00.00 to RM4,461.95 monthly, plus benefits and commission after confirmation. Fluency in Chinese is required.
