Deskripsi Kerja

We are looking for an experienced SMT Manager to lead and manage all aspects of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading stencil printing, pick and place, reflow soldering, inspection, and quality control.
  • Developing and implementing process strategies to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
  • Optimizing machine programming for performance and yield.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and calibration of SMT equipment.
  • Evaluating upgrades or investments in machinery.
  • Coordinating with vendors for servicing and parts management.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM10,00.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Experience: SMT: 8 years (Preferred)
