Deskripsi Kerja
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to analyze data from quality monitoring and reporting feedback. If you’re ready to dive into the insights, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in any discipline
- Must be able to work on a rotational shift (3 shifts / 5 working days)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA in a call center
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Immediate availability preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct root cause and data analysis
- Perform QA evaluations per client requirements
- Serve as the escalation point for process-related issues
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for QA evaluations
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
