Deskripsi Kerja
HI-Q GLOBAL SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Sourcing and Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth purchasing and sales operations. Responsibilities include sourcing potential purchases for sales and production, following up with customers on existing and new products, and resolving customer issues. The successful candidate will develop service procedures and maintain accurate records of customer service actions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 – RM5,500.00 per month
Benefits: Free parking
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay, Yearly bonus
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: 2 years in Customer Service Executive or Manager (Preferred)
