Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Amari SPICE Penang. The ideal candidate will:
- Maintain food costs as budgeted and take corrective action as necessary.
- Ensure fresh, quality food products are utilized in production.
- Supervise kitchen operations and uphold hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create cost-effective menus.
- Manage production schedules based on food and beverage forecasts.
- Oversee daily staffing and ensure standard recipes are followed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,700.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
