Mont Oro (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and design of all food and drink menus, producing high-quality dishes while ensuring timely operations that meet our quality standards.
Key responsibilities include managing and training kitchen staff, filling in for the Executive Chef when necessary, ordering supplies, and enforcing safety standards. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef and possess a strong understanding of cooking methods and kitchen management.
