Deskripsi Kerja
Responsibilities:
- Assists the Head Chef and supervises kitchen operations in their absence.
- Coordinates food preparation and cooking.
- Ensures proper portion control and presentation.
- Manages inventory, ordering supplies, and ensures optimal stock levels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Passion for cooking and creativity in the kitchen.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
