Responsibilities include staff supervision and training, scheduling, inventory and facility maintenance, quality control, client relations, budgeting, and implementing promotions to grow revenue.
Qualifications: 3+ years in spa or hospitality management, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of treatments and safety standards, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
