Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a Spa & Wellness Guest Relations Officer to greet customers, schedule appointments, and manage bookings. You will provide information about spa services, handle inquiries, and promote spa packages. Organizing the reception and retail areas, plus processing transactions securely, is essential. Previous customer service experience is preferred, alongside excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: RM2,200.00 – RM2,500.00/month. Benefits include health insurance and promotion opportunities.
