Deskripsi Kerja

Job Summary:

As a steward supervisor, you responsible to oversee, control all aspects of the steward area at coffee house, banquet kitchen and all back area that designated and ensure it runs efficiently on day-to-day purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all culinary and back-of-house areas, including floors, walls, ceilings, and exhaust hoods, are cleaned and sanitized according to a set schedule.
• Oversee the cleaning, storage, and inventory of chinaware, glassware, silverware, and serving equipment, ensuring stock levels align with budget and operational needs.
• Manage staff scheduling, enforce operational standards, conduct training programs, and provide resources for staff development and well-being.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations, conducting preventative maintenance inspections, and ensuring proper waste disposal.
• Accurately forecast business demands, manage supplies ordering, attend departmental meetings, and communicate effectively across departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
