FELLA SALES & SERVICES SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and maintain showroom presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Manage inventory and loss prevention.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Conduct staff training to enhance skills.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Requirements:
- Experience in furniture sales or interior design preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Age 30 – 45.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM10,00.00 per month
