FELLA SALES & SERVICES SDN BHD is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our showroom. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain an attractive store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate the sales team.
- Manage inventory and implement loss prevention.
- Develop effective sales strategies.
- Conduct staff training.
- Address customer inquiries.
Requirements: 30-45 years old, strong background in furniture sales, excellent communication skills.
Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM10,00.00 per month
