Deskripsi Kerja

Neonshine Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our retail operations at FILA Outlet, Sunway Pyramid. The ideal candidate should have a strong retail management background and a passion for exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Lead and motivate the team to maintain a sales-driven culture.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and reduce stock losses.
  • Create a positive and ethical work environment.

Job Type: Full-time, Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay: Attendance bonus, Commission, Overtime pay.
