Deskripsi Kerja

QL Maxincome Sdn Bhd (FamilyMart MY) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Store Manager to support operations across our outlets. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from RM3,220.00 to RM5,880.00 per month.

The successful candidate will oversee overall sales and operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, staff training and development, and effective marketing. Responsibilities include daily store activities, achieving sales and profit targets, and implementing merchandising strategies. You will provide leadership to the team and maintain communication with other departments.

Benefits include meal allowances and performance bonuses. This role requires rotational shifts and is an in-person position.
