Interisland Group Sdn Bhd is seeking motivated individuals for multiple locations: Kuala Lumpur (SOGO KL) and Johor Bahru (SOGO SOUTHKEY). The role offers a competitive salary ranging from RM2,500 to RM4,500 per month.
Responsibilities include managing event staffing, analyzing key metrics, supporting brand initiatives, and executing strategic programs for employee development. Candidates should hold an SPM or higher, with a minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
The position requires good interpersonal skills, a team-oriented attitude, and a passion for the beauty and service industry. Shift work is required.
