We are hiring a Store Team Lead to oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate staff, deliver excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities: coach and train team members, create schedules, manage inventory, maintain merchandising standards, open/close store, and report performance to management.
Requirements: 2+ years retail supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
