Kunkwan Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Subscription Coordinator Officer. In this role, you will set up, renew, and cancel subscriptions while managing payments. You’ll handle customer inquiries and complaints, monitor subscription metrics, and collaborate with marketing and finance teams on various initiatives.
