Deskripsi Kerja
Lead development and delivery of training programs for our subscription products. You’ll design onboarding curricula, create e-learning and live workshops, partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to improve adoption, and measure learning impact with KPIs. Require 5+ years in corporate training or customer education, experience with LMS and content authoring tools, strong project management and data-driven mindset, and excellent communication and coaching skills. Ability to scale programs and mentor trainers preferred.
