Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to support our Operations Leaders in managing daily operations at Dunkin’. The ideal candidate will maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, enforce SOP compliance, manage inventory, and lead crew members effectively.
Responsibilities: Handle customer complaints, execute marketing campaigns, meet sales targets, and ensure food safety standards are upheld.
Requirements: Minimum SPM or equivalent, 1 year of F&B experience, age 24+, strong inventory and POS management skills, and proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English. Must be physically fit and a team player.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: RM1,700.00 – RM1,800.00 per month
