Responsibilities include leading sales associates, driving sales goals, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with 3 years in a managerial role. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for retail excellence are essential. This full-time position offers a starting salary of RM2,800.00 per month, along with additional benefits.
