Deskripsi Kerja
BASF (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly motivated Supply & Demand Planner for the ASEAN & ANZ regions. The successful candidate will own the demand planning process and drive efficiency across the supply chain. Key responsibilities include managing demand forecasts, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring on-time delivery of finished goods.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management, along with 3-5 years of planning experience. Proficiency in ERP software, MS Excel, and BI tools is preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
