Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a Support Analyst to join our team. You will support and maintain the company’s mission-critical business applications while providing 1st line support. Your responsibilities include managing incidents, documenting troubleshooting steps, and assisting customers effectively.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with at least 2 years of troubleshooting experience, especially in COBOL/RPG.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM6,00.00 per month
