Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Analyst to join our team at Accenture. You will manage incoming calls, emails, and customer service tickets. Responsibilities include managing access control for our ticketing system, generating ticket SLA reports, and understanding customer needs.
A minimum degree is required, with experience in ticketing systems a plus. Strong analysis, multitasking skills, and excellent communication abilities in both Mandarin and English are essential.
