Deskripsi Kerja

Join Career FOS Search as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers in the Taiwan market. You will deliver exceptional support via voice and email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Respond promptly to customer emails, ensuring clear communication.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve complaints effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 – RM3,700.00
