Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months – 6 months
The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and interviewing prospective employees. This role offers hands-on experience in recruiting processes to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Assist with onboarding new hires.
- Support administrative tasks related to recruitment.
Requirements: Pursuing a degree in HR or related fields, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Pay: RM500.00 – RM600.00 per month
